We are pleased to offer you the Climate and Disaster Risk Management and Finance Introductory (CDRFI) Course for free. This introductory course is an online, self-paced training that builds foundational knowledge for managing climate and disaster risks through financial solutions. The course introduces essential concepts, practical tools, and real-world applications that help countries and partners strengthen resilience and financial protection.

The training is structured into three modules:

• Module 1: Introduction to Climate and Disaster Risk Management and Financing
• Module 2: Use Cases – Agricultural Insurance
• Module 3: Introduction to Climate Risk Assessment and Modelling

The course takes around five hours to complete and will be updated with ISF project portfolio case studies in Module 2. The course will also be available in French and Spanish in the future.
